Teen Friends Photo Shoot to Celebrate the end of GCSEs
The end of GCSEs is such a turning point. It feels like all the years have been getting to this point up till now. GCSEs are tough with upwards of 20 exams stretching over two months in nine or more subjects. So it’s a great moment when you hand in that final paper and leave school for the summer.
For some, it is the end of life as they have known it. Off to college, or with friends making different choices, moving away, or heading in new directions, it can be a moment of reflection as well as anticipation.
Which is why, opting to celebrate with a Milestones Photo Shoot is a great way to Mark the Moment.

This photo shoot took place to celebrate Sweet 16, the end of exams and the end of school. This group of friends had been together for all their secondary school career but were now heading off in different directions. To celebrate and to mark their friendship, we did a two-part photo shoot with this, the second shoot, taking place in my photo studio in Epsom, Surrey.

The girls came with a range of clothes and were also able to choose from some of my studio wardrobe, too. Choosing their favourite outfits, we coordinated different looks and images accordingly. DMs were a theme! We had great fun trying out different outfits and backgrounds in my Epsom studio.

I took lots of individual portraits of the girls, too, to find their best angles and expressions, and to give them some photos to send to grandparents!
We played loud music, experimented with dry ice and hair dryers!

And although they wanted to look serious, we also tried some fun and relaxed photos, too.

We mixed up the group with shots in twos and threes, too
Afterwards they received an album of images, prints to share and wall art options. It was a great reminder of their friendship and the end of school.
